We are seeking an experienced Software Implementation Manager with a strong background in the freight brokerage industry. This role will be pivotal in managing the implementation of our Epay Manager software for our clients, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal utilization of our solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage the end-to-end software implementation process for clients, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines and deliverables.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and timelines.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, ensuring the software meets their operational needs and workflows.
  • Training and Support: Deliver comprehensive training sessions for clients, ensuring they are proficient in using Epay Manager and understand its features and functionalities.
  • System Configuration: Oversee the setup of Epay and the clients TMS to align with client specifications, ensuring proper integration with existing processes.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients after implementation, ensuring successful adoption and satisfaction with the software.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for enhancement and work with internal teams to implement improvements in the software and implementation processes.

What we look for:
  • 5+ years of experience in software implementation, preferably within the freight brokerage or transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of transportation management software and its applications in freight brokerage operations.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with data migration processes and system integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to deeply understand software capabilities and confidently answer client questions.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Strong presentation skills
