We are seeking a talented Fashion Editor to lead our fashion and lifestyle content, with a strong focus on email. This role requires an exceptional eye for product selection, a sophisticated sense of fashion and the ability to craft compelling stories that bring our assortment to life. We are looking for someone who is incredibly ideas-driven and who gets excited about finding clever and unique ways to bring fashion to life for the Revolve customer, while surfacing the best product from our wider edit. The role reports to the Director of Editorial & Merchandising Strategy.
Responsibilities
Lead the creation and execution of a dynamic content strategy that reinforces Revolve's reputation as a trend authority and fashion destination. Ensure content aligns with strategic goals and highlights new designers and our best product..
Plan and manage editorial calendars, integrating seasonality, customer preferences, trends, and cultural moments for timely and impactful content delivery.
??Craft visually appealing layouts and micro-stories that integrate product features and styling advice. Develop editorial content for email newsletters that makes them feel like shoppable magazine pages.
Create detailed trend reports, style guides, and outfit features that inspire customers and drive engagement.
Curate and select the strongest products and images for editorial features, ensuring that everything reinforces Revolve's fashion POV. Collaborate with the buying and owned brands teams to highlight key pieces and collections.

Develop creative and inventive ways to present fashion content. Explore various lenses such as trend, versatility, end-use, and cost-per-wear to keep the content fresh and engaging.
Ensure a cohesive and engaging storytelling experience across curated product pages, aligning with email and homepage features.
Work closely with the Director of Editorial & Merchandising Strategy to align editorial content with strategic goals.
Monitor content performance and use these data insights to refine strategies and improve the effectiveness of our content.
Manage and mentor the editorial team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the production of high-quality content. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
Essential Skills/Experience
Proven track record as a Senior Editor or similar role, with 7+ years of experience in fashion content strategy and execution across multiple channels.
Elevated taste level and innate sense of style-able to curate the best products, put together the most compelling outfits and more
Deep knowledge of current fashion trends, styling techniques and seasonal fashion cycles; Experience in selecting and styling imagery that enhances editorial content.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, email marketing and content management systems.
Exceptional storytelling skills combined with a strong fashion sense. Ability to create visually stunning and engaging content that stands out.
Knowledgeable on trends arising from Social (IG, TikTok, Pinterest) as well as thee competitive landscape; pulse on cultural relevance
A flair for finding unique and inventive ways to present fashion, with a passion for staying ahead of trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Strong strategic and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to drive content strategy and measure its impact on brand engagement and growth.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $100k- $125k.
