Job Description:

PROJECT ASSISTANT is required by our Client, within the Renewables industry, to be assigned on a Contract basis, located in Boston, MA.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Responsible for the onboarding/offboarding tasks.
  • Interface with IT to coordinate equipment deliveries.
  • Manage calendars and provide support meetings such as: monthly and weekly meetings, workshops, and project events.
  • Support the project team to create purchase orders in SAP.
  • Project specific and office specific Ad Hoc need.
  • Set up for the project: Send out reminder emails to team to update the vacation calendar, keep distribution list up to date, coordinate communication, and support team needs.
  • Assist with project reporting by coordinating inputs from team members for weekly and monthly reports for internal project and corporate use.
  • Support the team in team building events or external events with authorities.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • SAP knowledge
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Enthusiasm for Offshore Wind
