The Group Audit (GA) function is a professional, business focused, proactive risk-based global audit team that operates with transparency, integrity, and independence, and assists the Bank's business and infrastructure areas to identify key control weaknesses. You will work with staff and management within GA to deliver regional and/or global audits, targeted reviews regional and finding validations. You will become an integral member of the Group Audit Compliance and Conduct team who are responsible for regional and global coverage of the 2nd Line of Defense (2LoD) Compliance function. The current global team is comprised of approx. 25 full-time equivalent (FTE's) primarily based in Jacksonville, New York, Berlin, Frankfurt, London, Singapore and Mumbai with a Principal Audit Manager based in NY, London and Singapore.

What You'll Do
Support audits covering the Compliance function and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls relating to the underlying Compliance and Conduct risks
Plan and execute audit fieldwork in line with the agreed audit approach e.g., document process flows, identify key risks, test key controls to determine whether they are properly designed and operating effectively, and document work in accordance with divisional standards
Communicates openly with divisional management and the internal stakeholders; keeps them informed of potential issues and escalate problems/delays accordingly
Perform business monitoring and risk assessments enabling the prioritization of audit delivery
Partner with other teams during audit engagement to guarantee an integrated approach
Takes ownership for own career management, seeking opportunities for continuous development of personal capability and improved performance contribution
Skills You'll Need
Masters/Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university (or equivalent) or equivalent work experience
Professional / industry recognized accountancy qualifications e.g. CPA, ACA or CIMA not required but preferred
Basic knowledge of internal auditing standards and concepts
A knowledge of financial services is preferred, including 2LoD Compliance functions
Excellent written/verbal communication skills - communicates with clarity, both orally and in writing, in a logical order and structured approach

Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $60,000 to $86,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
