XOS is leader in elemental analysis instrumentation. This position is responsible for providing various support activities to the Services business. This includes leading efforts to coordinate and schedule Preventative Maintenance service appointments with customers in addition to providing various customer service activities within the Service team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Communicate directly with customers, sales reps, and distributors via telephone, electronically or face to face
Hold accountability for the sale and maintenance of new and existing service contracts
Recommend changes in services and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
Manage field service scheduling, coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales and service efforts
Manage return of customer and loaner analyzers and parts
Manage XOS loaner fleet
Manage field service inventory levels
The essential requirements of the job include:
Possess excellent customer service/sales skills and mindset in dealing with customers, sales and service personnel from across the world
Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Access
Must be self-motivated, have strong interpersonal skills and cooperate well within a team.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
1-3 years of sales experience
Scheduling and communicating with customers
Working in a technical environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 1-3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

The hourly range for this role is $20 to $26. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
