Job Description:

LHH has partnered with a legal client to help fill a Corporate Office Assistant opening in Nashville, TN. This position is full time within a great organization that is looking to continue to make a difference. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude and exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
  • Act as first point of contact for incoming guests, clients, vendors, etc.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, restock office supplies, and set up conference rooms based on internal and external meetings.
  • Sort through incoming mail and deliveries effectively.
  • Help with other administrative duties including data entry, research, and communication.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience of administrative support experience or a similar role
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Team player

Schedule:
  • Full-time, 40 hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am-5:00pm
