LHH has partnered with a legal client to help fill a Corporate Office Assistant opening in Nashville, TN. This position is full time within a great organization that is looking to continue to make a difference. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude and exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Act as first point of contact for incoming guests, clients, vendors, etc.
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, restock office supplies, and set up conference rooms based on internal and external meetings.
Sort through incoming mail and deliveries effectively.
Help with other administrative duties including data entry, research, and communication.
Qualifications:
Proven experience of administrative support experience or a similar role
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
