Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting various corporate, field, and clinical applications in the healthcare sector. You will be part of a collaborative team, working closely with both onshore and offshore developers, product managers, technical leads, and architects to deliver robust software solutions that address the complexities of insurance and healthcare claims processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy new products and enhancements to existing applications in healthcare, focusing on insurance and revenue cycle management.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations using JSON to connect with healthcare systems.
  • Collaborate with a team of developers (both in-house and offshore), product managers, and technical leads to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Work on both the front-end (using React) and back-end (using C#/.NET on Azure cloud native services) to create seamless user experiences and efficient workflows.
  • Maintain and optimize SQL databases for storing, retrieving, and analyzing healthcare-related data.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues as they arise, ensuring code quality and performance optimization.
  • Communicate effectively with domain or business owners to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in software programming using C#/.NET and Microsoft platforms.
  • 6+ years of experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs using JSON.
  • 6+ years of experience with Azure cloud native services.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with React for front-end development.
  • 6+ years of experience working with SQL and MSSQL relational databases.
  • Healthcare industry experience, particularly in insurance and revenue cycle management.
  • Familiarity with healthcare claims processing systems such as Cerner, Epic, Allscripts, Athenahealth, or insurance companies like BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, United Healthcare.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with teams across different time zones, particularly offshore teams.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with smaller teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a "startup mentality."
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment, collaborating with various stakeholders, and managing multiple priorities.
