The Partner Marketing Manager will lead bi-directional marketing efforts with our strategic SMB partners through the development of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, competitive analysis, marketing collateral, sales tools, and ideas and/or content to support demand generation campaigns.
The Partner Marketing Manager will work closely with partner product management, segment strategy and planning, sales, corporate marketing, and corporate communications functions to successfully promote SMB partners to our customers and achieve demand generation growth via partner channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a deep understanding of the Small Business domain, D&B SMB solutions, small business buyer needs, and third-party organizations serving small businesses.
Build joint go-to-market campaigns and events with key partners, establishing an ongoing execution and reporting cadence.
Develop and execute the partner demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth through our partnerships.
Forge strong relationships with partner marketing peer counterparts in partner organizations and lead regularly scheduled meetings and touchpoints.
Work closely with Product Marketing to develop joint value propositions, messaging, and marketing collateral that resonate with target audiences and drive partner engagement.
Think innovatively about new ways to market partner programs to small businesses.
Work closely with the executive, product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to launch new partnerships and ensure that partnership strategy is in line with business initiatives throughout the organization.

Education
Bachelor's Degree - Required
Master's Degree - Preferred
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience required.
Expertise in marketing, including partner or product marketing experience in B2B software or SaaS platforms or data management solutions strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience and success in developing high-performing sales engagement/ enablement content and programs to ensure salesforce effectiveness of product positioning against customer business issues.
Exceptional and creative content writing skills across various forms.
Proven track record in executing successful go-to-market programs, including product launch and positioning activities that drive significant revenue growth.
Excellent communication and public speaking skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
