The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and fostering a relationship with our suppliers and vendors. You will also oversee the implementation of the supply and production strategies. You will purchase $10 million in spend on commercial foodservice equipment, supplies, and disposables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the purchasing process for all foodservice-related products and services.
- Utilize AutoQuotes software to source and negotiate with suppliers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Analyze market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast needs and manage budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar role.
