Collaborate with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to effectively manage project schedules and meet project milestones.
Oversee risk management, issue identification, and resolution, employing strong problem-solving skills to address any roadblocks that arise during the project.
Foster strong relationships with clients, managing their expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project.
Drive effective communication and reporting to keep all stakeholders informed on project status, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
6-8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record in successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and meeting client requirements.
Extensive experience managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Robust understanding of contract management principles and experience in adhering to contract terms.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (PMP certification is a plus).
