Seeking a Process Engineer to work for a great organization that is a leader in its market. The impact would be made in various aspects of the manufacturing process: Tool and Die, Quality Assurance, Process Engineering, and Process Flow.
The Process Engineer, is responsible for developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve quality and increase efficiency. This includes leading the development of Lean Manufacturing processes and tools, analyzing current processes to identify areas of improvement, developing and executing process improvement plans.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing processes and tools.
Analyze current processes to identify areas of improvement.
Develop and execute process improvement plans.
Monitor process performance metrics to ensure continuous process improvement.
Work with other departments to ensure successful implementation of new processes.
Create detailed documentation for all new or modified processes.
Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, techniques, and tools (e.g. Kaizen, 5S, etc.)
Tool and Die experience
