LOCATION: Vancouver, WA (Fruit Valley)
SALARY: $20-22 per hour
SCHEDULE:Full time, Long Term, Mon-Fri, 5:30a-2p

THE ROLE
As the Customer Service Representative, you will act as a point of contact for all customers with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy. You will be responsible for resolving customer concerns via phone, email, chat support, and on occasion, Zoom. Background check and drug screen required upon acceptance of an offer.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to consumers' inquiries in a timely, courteous and professional manner regarding company products and services
Manage and process warranty submissions and replacements, following policies with a balance of customer focus and business risk as a priority.
Captures, reports, and maintains meticulously accurate consumer feedback and communications into the company's CRM
Develops deep product knowledge, communicating at a product expert level.
Ability to work overtime as business needs warrant may include nights and weekends
SKILLS AND MUST-HAVES
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role in a call center environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software (ZenDesk preferred)
High accuracy and efficiency in typing and data entry: 60+ WPM
Ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone (30+ inbound calls per day)
Experience with handling multiple chats at one time (20+ live chats a day)
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
