The Opportunity
Aviation Portfolio Manager
JA leader in commercial aircraft and engine finance, as an Aviation Portfolio Manager. We're seeking top talent to oversee our global portfolio, ensuring optimal management of leased and consigned assets. Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Management:
Ensure adherence to lease and consignment contracts.
Maintain continuous dialogue with lessees, ensuring clear communication and timely conflict resolution.
Collaborate with the Finance Department to review accounts, track collections, and report to the Investment Committee.
Oversee maintenance and utilization tracking, and engage third parties for technical oversight during shop visits.
2. Asset Disposition Management:
Analyze and recommend asset disposition strategies, including sales, re-leases, and part-outs.
Interface with the Sales Team to quarterback the marketing process or select consignment partners.
Provide status reports to the Investment Committee and maintain key performance metrics.

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
3-5 years of aviation experience with exposure to asset management and team leadership.
Previously demonstrated the ability to drive results toward a company mission.
Previous Private Equity experience with a proven track record of great investment strategies.
3-5 years of management experience.
Transaction and contract management experience.
Ability to drive profitable outcomes while balancing client interests with company goals.
