WOW Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce Marketplace Manager to join our client's dynamic team in the Luxury Manufacturing industry! Due to their continued success and growth, they are looking to expand their marketing efforts across retail and online channels.
You will play a critical role in managing key retail partnerships, online retailers, and marketplace platforms while ensuring the brand's marketing strategy is executed effectively.
Role and Responsibilities:
Manage user experience, including review audits and link to content.
Oversee and enforce the brand's guidelines across various channels.
Lead promotional activities across retail and online segments.
Manage product setup and lifecycle across key online retailers such as Amazon, Best Buy, and Build.com.
Conduct market and brand analysis, manage IDQ (Item Data Quality), optimise search strategies, and plan marketing campaigns for marketplace platforms.
Lead training and communication initiatives for the retail segment.
Analyse sell-through POS data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Enforce Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies and ensure compliance.
Support global marketing efforts for online retail success.
Manage performance of retail and online partners via dedicated portals.
About You:
3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or online marketplace management.
Proven experience managing promotional strategies, brand guidelines, and product lifecycles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects and stakeholders.
Proficient in data analysis and performance management, particularly in online marketplaces.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently, but also effective as part of a larger team.
