Job Description: We are looking for a legendary Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to take ownership of our marketing initiatives.
You'll be managing end-to-end digital campaigns, optimizing customer journeys, and analyzing performance.
You enjoy the granularity of watching like a hawk that email #4 in your autoresponder has a lower click through rate or one ad group in our google ad campaign is not producing results and optimizing it until it's up to KPI.
You will be nurturing leads, segmenting audiences, and improving conversion rates across various touch points, ensuring a seamless experience for our prospects and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Management: Lead digital marketing efforts across platforms, with a focus on scaling campaigns efficiently during peak periods.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and click-through rate (CTR) to make informed decisions and drive results.
Segmentation & Lead Nurturing: Develop targeted segments and tailored content strategies to nurture leads throughout the funnel so your lead to booking percentage increases by 30% within 3 months.
Landing Page & CRO: Conduct A/B testing and optimize landing pages to increase conversion rates and enhance the user experience so your landing page conversion increases by 30% within 3 months.
Media Buying: Work closely with the media buying team to leverage key ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) while ensuring a balance between scalability and efficiency so click through rate increases by 30%.
Email & Content Performance: Monitor and improve email marketing performance, enhancing open and click-through rates by 30% within 3 months.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
Very Strong understanding of analytics, data segmentation, and performance reporting.
Hands-on experience with landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing.
Knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) and retention strategies.
Drive, passion and hunger for growth (you've got that dog in you).
Remarkable over-communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
