Tasks:
Entering machine rental agreement information into our system.
Backup front desk duties (when our receptionist is gone) answer phones, direct visitors.
Occasional file scanning, downloading files and saving to shared folders.
We need someone who has good attention to detail, who is accurate and can work independently. We would like the person to have data entry experience.
Interview process = Short phone interview and must pass an attention to detail assessment. The assessment is timed and takes about 15 minutes to complete.
