The Executive Assistant will provide administrative assistance to support the CEO and the Human Resources department as well as any support needed with regard to the daily operations of the company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to the CEO by coordinating complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to leadership team
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all interactions
Manage general office facilities to ensure the space is conducive to effective work for everyday employees and visitors, liaison with building management as necessary.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist with travel arrangements for the CEO including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Manage and submit expense reports for the management team.
Coordinate event planning for office wide events which typically occur once per month and act as main point of contact with visiting employees; manage post-event evaluations.
Support HR departments by coordinating the scheduling of interviews for prospective candidates.
Manage the onboarding procedure for new hire
Provide support to the HR team for various employee recognition programs.
Provide ad hoc administrative support.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business administration
5+ years performing supportive duties in an executive assistant role
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
Learn quickly in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Team player who can work across multiple functions and disciplines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
