Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Centralized Planning Solutions Associate to join our team. This role is crucial in providing financial coaching to our level one clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong client relationship skills, a high level of integrity, problem solving skills, ability to be agile and adaptive to each client's situation, and a strong understanding of technology platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide financial coaching to level 1 clients:
Interpret data from automated data gathering software and build financial plans from it.
Deliver the financial plan to the client, document the completed plan and follow up with clients.
2. Enhance the client experience:
Collaborate closely with the Associate Directors and Vice President of Growth and Centralized Planning team to understand current workflows and processes and build best practices.
Identify areas for improvement and work together to design and implement better workflows.
3. Support as needed in the Corporate Solutions Program:
Have agility and be adaptive to support projects within the department.
4. Support Centralized Wealth Advisory department with admin and back-office responsibilities.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years of proven experience in client relations, financial planning or similar roles.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent interpersonal abilities and grit to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with a wide range of technologies and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Have grit and understand that what it takes to provide value to Concurrent and their clients
Hold series 65 and insurance license within 120 days of hire
Desired Qualifications:
CFP(r) designation or currently pursuing designation
Location / Schedule
Preferred primary location: Dallas; secondary location: Denver. This position requires a minimum of 3 days in office.
Office hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Occasional evening/weekend hours may be requested.

$65,000-$90,000 per year, dependent on experience, with semi-annual performance and production bonus opportunities
