We are seeking a highly experienced Early Assets TA Project Manager to support US Early Assets TA teams in driving asset deliverables and executing strategic plans. This role involves managing timelines, deliverables, and collaboration with both US and global teams to ensure efficient integration with global development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage project deliverables, tracking progress and milestones while identifying risks and interdependencies.
Support the development and execution of the US Early Integrated Asset Plan (eIAP) and Asset Evidence Plan (AEP).
Collaborate with global teams to align US strategies with global objectives and timelines.
Prepare, schedule, and document key meetings, including team input for governance meetings (TALT, CEC).
Develop project presentations, status updates, and final deliverables for stakeholders.
Foster innovative approaches and continuous improvement within project management processes.
Manage workstreams, timelines, budgets, and ensure cross-functional collaboration across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, science, medicine, or related field (MBA, PharmD, or advanced degree preferred).
At least 5 years of pharmaceutical experience, including 2 years in early pipeline development, product launch, or strategy development.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Ability to lead large initiatives and influence without authority in a matrixed environment.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification is a plus.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma and process improvement is highly desirable.
