ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Project Manager with focus Schedule control, Cost Control, Field Quality Control and Document Management.
Implement and manage the document management software used on this project (Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC))
Utilize your proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, and Excel to generate reports, track progress, and analyze project data.
Facilitate and manage project meetings from a control perspective, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed and action items are documented.
Field PMO ensures that all onsite activities align with the project plan. This involves coordinating schedule, resources and monitoring progress to ensure project delivery on budget and on schedule.
Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies. Identifying risks and gaps based on site observation (be the eyes and ears in the field) such as safety concerns, material shortages, or delays. Provide mitigation plan to resolve risk.
Oversee document control processes and ensure all project documents are properly versioned, stored, and accessible.
Prepare and/or assemble periodic project reports/summaries for the project management group to report to stakeholders.
Support construction efforts by responding to field questions and providing quality control oversight on installation and startup. Perform regular quality related inspections ensuring safety protocols are followed and maintain records of project quality.
Support the Construction Management team by acting as another level of communication between site and management
Support Finance team in tracking and controlling earned value in the field
Perform routine safety and quality audits/observations in the field and report back findings to management
Support and track efforts in the field to ensure timely responses to RFI's, Submittals, and general issues at the site and ensure the proper stakeholders are notified accordingly.
