The Chief of Staff will work alongside the President of Access Healthcare / CEO of Pacific BPO as a strategic partner in facilitating and enhancing an efficient coordination of schedules and communication for overall effectiveness. This role will serve as a coordinator for the President of Access Healthcare / CEO of Pacific BPO with various internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves working cross-functionally and globally with client services, sales, marketing solutions, operations, human resources and finance, playing a key role in general management, leadership, infrastructure platform development, strategy, and execution.
Duties/Responsibilities:
General Management
Understanding the culture of the organization and establishing relationships with senior leaders.
Drive accountability through project management processes.
Be present and available for feedback and input from the President of Access Healthcare / CEO of Pacific BPO.
Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings at the request of the President of Access Healthcare / CEO of Pacific BPO for strategic projects.
Agenda Management - Carefully manage the President of Access Healthcare / CEO of Pacific BPO agendas, with a focus on essential business priorities and strategic objectives.
Support the President of Access Healthcare / CEO of Pacific BPO in managing meetings and prioritizing action items, and executing special projects.
Create minutes of set meetings, identify President's deliverables as well as deliverables of others to President by documenting and tracking to its competition.
Resolve issues that may arise in a timely manner.
Leadership
Exercises professional maturity and decorum as point of contact for President of Access Healthcare / CEO of Pacific BPO external and internal relationships.
Exemplify servant leadership by building strong external and internal relations & holding high ethical standards.

Research topics and prepare a point of view at the request of the President of Access Healthcare / CEO of Pacific BPO
Manage strategic partnerships as directed by office of the President of Access Healthcare / CEO of Pacific BPO Chairman.
Develop plans for projects that require execution.
Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, projects, and activities across all levels within the organization.
Comfortable with traveling with the President of Access Healthcare / CEO of Pacific BPO including overnight conferences both domestic and international.
Infrastructure Platform Development
Consistently Updating and revising strategic plans based on leadership changes.
Implement internal strategies to achieve the company vision and meet objectives.
Participate in business and strategic planning, implementation of policies, process improvement and other activities related to the organization's performance.
Prepare reports, presentations, agenda items, talking points and support in executing corporate initiatives.
Meet with other executives to assess the direction of the company.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
MBA from an accredited institution
3 - 5 years of experience as Chief of Staff for an executive, ideally supporting CEO or C-level.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
