Healthcare Service Desk Associate provides care and support by:
Greeting patients, guests, and customers over the phone
Providing exceptional customer service in a heavy phone volume setting
New patient preparation and scheduling
Supporting compliance policies
Registering patients
Obtaining and maintaining medical records
Verifying insurance
Understanding of HIPAA
Requirements:
Ability to work on-site in a call center setting with schedules ranging 24/7
2+ years' experience working in a heavy customer service role in Healthcare
