Our client is a leader in the fiber and hosted voice services industry with over 15 years of history providing first-rate internet services. They are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, generating insights, and supporting decision-making through comprehensive reporting. This role involves working closely with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and performance through effective data management and analysis.

Focus:
Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to produce meaningful insights that drive business decisions.
Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics.
Collaborate with different teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
Assist in integrating and managing data within the organization's ERP system, preferably NetSuite.
Provide ad-hoc data analysis and support for various projects, identifying trends, patterns, and potential improvement areas.
Skill Set:
Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver clear insights.
Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with NetSuite is highly desirable.
Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databases is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for working with data.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
Strong communication skills to present data findings in a clear and concise manner.
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI is preferred.
