Bachelor's degree in health informatics, statistics, public health (with a concentration in biostatistics or epidemiology), or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with healthcare data in a clinical or analytical role.
Experience with quality improvement methodologies preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of healthcare data standards and coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
