We specialize in Healthcare, Education, and Community & Cultural centers.
The Principal in Charge for Education will lead the firms educational projects, ensuring high standards of design, innovation, and collaboration. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and mentoring junior staff while contributing to the strategic direction of the firm.

What You Will Be Doing
Lead and oversee educational projects from conception to completion
Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with design teams to develop innovative solutions
Mentor and guide junior staff in their professional development
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Develop and implement project schedules and budgets
Participate in business development efforts and marketing initiatives
What You Need For This Role
2+ years as a senior leader - leading project teams and proven successful business development
5+ years of recent experience with school districts, private schools, higher ed, municipalities and government entities such as the DSA
10+ years of experience in all phases of architectural project management in education
Licensed Architect (AIA, RA)
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Ability to be on-site in an HMC Studio to lead staff at least 3 days a week
