Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager with strong skills in Public Accounting and Tax. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for Individual, Partnership, and Corporate Tax clients
Research and analyze tax issues and provide recommendations to clients
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
Train and mentor junior staff members
Develop and maintain client relationships
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Accounting
Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
Experience with any of the following: 1040, 1120, 1065, and trusts and estates
CPA or EA certification is preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
