This key executive position is responsible for the planning, operations, and services of our Ancillary and Professional division, working closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to achieve strategic goals. Your daily duties will include overseeing physician contracting, managing business ventures, and ensuring the successful operation of key areas such as pharmacy, laboratory, imaging, oncology, rehabilitation services, and quality, risk, and infection prevention. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan and allocate resources to provide excellent patient care across multiple services.
Develop, implement, and coordinate patient care programs in collaboration with medical staff and leadership.
Negotiate and manage physician service agreements and ensure compliance with regulations.
Monitor operations to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance, participating in performance improvement initiatives.
Manage financial performance, develop budgets, and monitor variances.
Support strategic planning, resource allocation, and fiscal stewardship.
Foster a culture of service excellence, employee ownership, and communication.
Lead and assess new business ventures and partnerships.
Ensure compliance with physician compensation models and fair market value assessments.
Represent the organization in community and professional settings

Schedule:
Monday-Friday
Education
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration (MPA), or related healthcare field required.
Experience
Minimum 10 years in a progressively responsible clinical/operational role.
At least 5 years of supervisory and financial management experience required.
3+ years of experience working with physicians in healthcare settings.
5+ years of experience with state and federal healthcare regulations.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Leadership in operational, financial, and performance standards.
Strong communication and interaction with senior management, physicians, and staff.
Experience with vendor negotiations and financial management, including budgeting and strategic planning.
Ability to enforce regulations and conduct fair market value assessments for physician practices.
Analytical thinking to solve problems, improve processes, and develop strategies aligned with organizational goals.
