Execuitve/ personal assistant to CEO with work ranging from real estate management, media curation to administrative work. The emphasis will be on social media and media curation, creating a streamline flow to mass produce content between editors, managers from filming the content to posting. Managing calendar from personal appointment, planning out photoshoot days, real estate appointments and posting schedules. Needs to be creative and able to deal with multiple tasks as once with clear and frequent communication. Keep track of expense sheets and identify and log write off expenses and receipts in clear log. Potential for travel to manage content trips or videos.

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in some form of Excel/ Google sheets

Experience in handling sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving/ common sense abilities
Previous experience as an executive assistant or similar role
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent, prompt and clear verbal and written communication skills
Proficient capabilities in developing filing systems
Creative and eager to participate in creative projects.
Experience in business administration, office administration, or/and media thru Real Estate backgrounds
Excellent with scheduling and detail research on contractors and services for Executive.
Experience in overseeing budgets and organizing expenses
