We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound calls, taking and entering orders into their CRM system, and supporting their sales team.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and orders.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Accurately take and enter customer orders into the CRM system.
Verify order details and ensure accuracy.
Process order changes or cancellations as needed.
Input customer information, product data, and sales data into the CRM system.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, as needed.
Provide product knowledge and support to customers and sales representatives.
Qualifications:
