The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, overseeing the performance PMO and leading data-driven analysis to inform business decisions. In this role, you'll provide operational and strategic support across all business functions to improve organizational performance and help drive key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management Office:
Oversee and drive the company's performance management initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Monitor and track progress on key performance indicators and strategic objectives, providing weekly updates to the leadership team.
Data Analysis & Insights:
Leverage data to analyze business performance and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations to inform strategic decisions.
Work closely with leadership team and managers to ensure data-driven approaches are applied across all business functions.
Strategic Leadership Support:
Collaborate with the leadership team to drive and implement strategic initiatives.
Assist in the development of long-term goals, ensuring alignment across the organization.
Facilitate communication between leadership and various business functions to ensure smooth execution of company-wide initiatives.
Project Management:
Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through to completion.
Provide leadership in resolving operational challenges and addressing bottlenecks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years of experience in the Staffing, Workforce Solution or IT services industry, with a track record of working closely with leadership teams.
Strong data orientation with proven experience in interpreting data, reporting and providing actionable insights.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to use formulas, pivot tables and data visualization techniques.
Demonstrated experience in managing performance metrics, PMO, and driving operational excellence.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across departments.
