The Role You'll Play
The Project Coordinator (Bilingual Mandarin and English) reports to the Operations Manager and leads daily activities of the shipping and Scheduling departments, including productivity, quality, service, cost, and on-time delivery in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring customer requirements and organization goals are achieved.
This position will work from our City of Industry, CA location.

What You'll Do • Collaborate and work with the cross-functional teams to develop packaging concepts to support Structural Designers, and Sales personnel to create, develop and design package structure concepts. • Support the package development process by establishing and managing changes to package size and cost reduction efforts, releasing specification packages, and troubleshooting production issues. • Communicate accurately and effectively with customers, co-workers, and suppliers to be a part of a positive, friendly, efficient, and professional culture. • Be the leader of projects; assume responsibility for being the proactive driver to control a project's timeline, documentation, communication, and quality. • Review of inventory levels for inventory accounts.

Bilingual Mandarin/English
Proficient working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to understand material and design specs, manufacturing processes, and logistics flow as needed
Detail oriented, excels at multi-tasking, and thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Positive mindset that welcomes challenges, appreciates constructive coaching, and takes personal pride in being the first one to find better solutions.
Education, Work Experience, Personal Attributes
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years working experience in a project management, sales support, or production planning role
2-3 years print packaging experience
Bilingual in English and Mandarin required (read, write, speak)
Demonstrated ability to manage overseas manufacturing resources
Willingness and authorized to travel to Asia when needed

The final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education. In addition, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. We typically do not hire at the maximum of the range in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
Pay Range: $36 - 38 hour
