We are now looking for a qualified Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialist to help manage brand growth through influencers and affiliates.
The experienced individual will be key in driving affiliate & influencer awareness, traffic, engagement and conversion. They will help establish and grow affiliate & already existing influencer relationships. The Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Senior Specialist will help Anza Nutraceuticals carry our marketing strategy through to the consumer by creating his/her own network of affiliates & influencers to speak about the brand. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years experience in consulting/CPG/early startup space (with at least 2+ years in nutrition or health & wellness) and experience in several or all of the categories below.
Responsibilities/Duties
Manage the affiliate & Instagram/TikTok/YouTube/Blog influencer strategy through planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase traffic, sales, visibility, and exposure for the brand
Influencer & Affiliate Management
Own negotiations, contract development, onboarding, content review, execution, and recording performance for our affiliate & influencer relationships
Ensure influencers are following contract obligations and creating high quality content
Manage communications with affiliates through Discord and email
Manage the affiliate & influencer gifting process
Maintain professional relationships with key talent and agency partners
Prepare a biweekly recap of key findings on ROI, impressions, and post campaign performance from influencer & affiliate program and influencer-facing projects
Influencer & Affiliate Discovery
Outreach through affiliate platforms and Instagram/TikTok/YouTube/Blog social platforms to foster partnerships and help the team grow our influencer & affiliate network
Identify and vet new affiliates & influencers to scale the program based on a number of factors including traffic, engagement, audience demographic, and expected sales performance
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
At least a bachelor's degree
Minimum 4+ years hands-on relevant experience in brand and/or agency side; experience in early-stage DTC brands/products is a big plus
Strong understanding of the social media space, especially Instagram and TikTok
Understanding of Discord to manage communications with affiliates
Proficiency navigating and utilizing all the major social media, analytics platforms (HootSuite, Instagram, Tiktok Shopify, Klaviyo/MailChimp, Dropbox and more)
Possess strong attention to detail, great analytical skills, well-developed time management abilities, and great communication skills to foster the relationships
