5 years of extensive project engineering experience
3 years of supervisory experience, preferably with contractors or direct reports
5 years of experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, ideally within food and beverage manufacturing
Education: PMP certification and Six Sigma certification are preferred

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Project Engineer Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Lead and execute strategic capital investment projects using TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) based Early Management Tools
Collaborate with production and packaging facilities to support Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and Focused Improvement efforts
Develop and lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for new equipment, guiding teams from concept to production
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet technical documentation, safety and performance standards
Partner with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) teams to incorporate ergonomic and safety requirements in all equipment layouts
Manage vendor relationships to ensure all project requirements are met, including safety and financial commitments
Support the Capital Planning Process and develop detailed timelines and milestones
Work with plant teams to minimize disruptions to production and identify opportunities for efficiency
Position Requirements:
Strong understanding of capital project management, product cost accounting and statistical process control
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and CAD software
Willingness to travel up to 60% per year, both domestically and internationally
Valid driver's license and ability to meet PBV driving qualifications
