MEP Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking a skilled MEP Project Manager to oversee and manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects within the residential and apartment sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP engineering and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of MEP projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Utilize 3D modeling and Revit software to develop and refine project plans.
Ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations.
Facilitate communication among project stakeholders and provide regular updates.
Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to design specifications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in MEP projects.
Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and Revit software.
Experience with Procore or similar project management tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
