Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Project Coordination: Act as a key support to our directors, managing the entire search process from initiation through completion.
Client and Candidate Liaison: Handle client communications, coordinate schedules, and manage contracts and invoicing with a high level of precision.
Talent Engagement: Draft compelling job descriptions, engage with potential candidates across various platforms, and track candidates in Salesforce.
Candidate Presentation: Organize and manage candidate materials (resumes, profiles, etc.), schedule interviews, and facilitate feedback meetings.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with directors to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract top talent.
Database Management: Ensure our candidate and client records are always current and comprehensive in our database.
Meeting Coordination: Contribute to the success of quarterly and annual meetings through detailed reporting, analysis, and planning.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role, with proven success in managing multiple priorities and projects.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Project Management: Ability to manage complex projects, juggle competing priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and a willingness to learn new software tools as needed.
