Therapists will be eligible for a $2,500 sign-on incentive after 30 days and $1,000 after 6 months of employment.
Southwest Behavioral & Health Services is seeking a Lead Therapist to join our Community Resilience Center! Our Lead Therapist goal is to assists' persons to be participants in their chosen communities in the fullest manner possible. Schedule/Location: this position works Monday-Friday, 8-5. SB&H Community Resilience Center is located off of 27th Ave and Campbell.
Pay: starting salary is $60,000 per year with benefits.
About The Position The Lead Therapist is responsible for providing timely, evidence-based clinical and non-clinical support services to adults, children and adolescents, including screening, assessment, treatment planning, individual, family, couples and group counseling, case management and crisis intervention. All services are guided by the Jason K. Principles and delivered according to guidelines set forth by the RBHA and ADHS.
Duties & Responsibilities
Individual counseling
Group counseling
Organize incoming referrals - schedule & complete intakes
Complete intakes for new CRC members & annual updates for existing CRC members
Monitor CRC Master List for clinical document compliance
Monitor CRC LAG List for members who are not programming w/regularity - outreach protocols
Review & Sign clinical documentation
Train CRC staff on proper completion of clinical documentation
Complete assessment attestations w/CRC staff so they can complete intakes/annual updates on their own
Run SMI-FDP diversion groups
Provide clinical oversight for CRC staff and SB&H staff on a weekly basis
Minimum Requirements
Minimum requirement consists of a 21-year age
Master's Degree in Behavioral Health field (Counseling, or Social Work).
Licensed at the Associate or Independent level by the Arizona Board of Behavioral health Examiners
Required to maintain a valid Arizona driver's license and pass motor vehicle screening for insurance purposes in order to transport clients, based upon need/requirements of the clinic and/or program.
Must have fingerprint clearance issued by Arizona Department of Public Safety of eligible to receive within eight (8) weeks of hire per program requirements.
