In this role, you will play a key part in managing our municipal, commercial, and residential projects, providing essential support to our Senior Project Managers and field teams. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks, communicate effectively with various teams, and contribute to schedule building will be crucial in helping us deliver top-notch service and maintain our commitment to excellence.
Your Regular Responsibilities
Work closely with project coordinators, field personnel, and the dispatcher to ensure alignment and smooth execution of project tasks.
Provide hands-on support across municipal, commercial, and residential projects, coordinating resources, resolving field issues, and keeping projects on track.
Collaborate with Senior Project Managers, Field Superintendent, and Project Coordinators to build and adjust schedules for commercial and municipal projects, ensuring timelines are realistic and achievable. For residential projects, coordinate scheduling with Project Coordinators.
Act as the key point of contact between Senior Project Managers, field teams, and office staff, maintaining communication, managing expectations, and updating stakeholders on project progress and changes.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress, support field teams, and ensure work aligns with plans and schedules.
Swiftly address on-site and office issues, from equipment shortages to team conflicts, using problem-solving skills to keep projects moving forward.
Meet weekly with Denver Water representatives to review progress, look-ahead schedules, work front tickets, and production numbers, using 10-day look-ahead schedules from Senior Project Managers for municipal projects.
Prepare reports on production numbers and pull the look-ahead schedule for weekly meetings, with no additional formal reports required.

Reporting Structure: You'll report to the Senior Project Manager.
Team Interaction: You'll work closely with the Field Superintendent, dispatcher, Project Coordinators, and field personnel, ensuring alignment and smooth operation across all project stages.
Collaboration: Regularly collaborate with other office staff to coordinate on project needs and contribute to the overall project strategy and execution.

You maintain accurate data for billing and progress tracking, so operations run smoothly and reports are reliable and clear.
You understand safety standards and effectively integrate them into project plans, ensuring a seamless collaboration between safety protocols and project management for successful outcomes.
