The Office Coordinator/Customer Support Associate Responsibilities Include:
Welcome and greet any incoming traffic at local offices.
Attend daily office meetings with prepared updates and announcements.
Collection of timecards on a weekly basis and submittal of hours to payroll team.
Update and maintain client master lists.
Onboard new clients and input data into CRM.
Evaluate and process workers' compensation claims.
Conduct and audit contractor unemployment claims on a weekly basis.
Process all I-9 documentation.
Schedule drug screenings and conduct background checks.
Oversee and submit contractor holiday pay and PTO.
New hire desk set up for internal employees.
Addendum master checklist
Follow up with clients and contractors to resolve or close out any pending items/questions.
Work hand in hand with sales and recruiting teams to fulfill promises of support to clients and contractors to the best of our ability.
DBO/CSM/AE Requests as assigned.

Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree
1 year of administrative/data entry experience
1 year of customer service experience
Payroll experience is a plus
