Zinda Law Group, a prestigious personal injury law firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team.

The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support to executives, ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This position requires a blend of exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks efficiently and effectively. The Executive Assistant serves as a primary point of contact, both internally and externally, for the executive team, facilitating communication, managing schedules, and coordinating various activities.
Responsibilities:
Managing a diverse range of administrative tasks for the Executive Team including: managing a busy calendar of appointments; drafting confidential correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
Coordinating schedules to ensure calendars are followed and respected
Acting as a "gatekeeper" to the Executive Team by creating win-win situations for direct access to the Executive Team's time and offices
Researching, prioritizing, and following up on incoming issues and action items addressed to the Executive Team, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
Attending meetings and taking and distributing meeting minutes
Acting as a point of contact between the Executive Team and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff
Informing Executive Team of key upcoming commitments and responsibilities and following up appropriately
Managing a variety of special projects for the Executive Team
Prioritizes conflicting needs and handling matters expeditiously and proactively
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years' experience working as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a Partner or C-level Executive
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills
Expert-level written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Technically savvy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
