Your Solution Partner
We have an excellent opportunity for an Order Administrator (OA) to join our team in Lawrenceville Georgia. As an OMA you will be responsible for overseeing to order management process and ensuring seamless customer support. The OMA will act as a liaison between our customer support team and Regional Sales Managers ensuring that customer inquiries and issues are directed and resolved efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Interface with customers regarding orders and shipments
Prepare quotes for express units and standard configurations
Process change-orders and expedite request
Expedite orders internally, working with Regional Sales Managers, Production or Purchasing functions
Review and follow up on customer open order reports
Update Sales Managers on orders, shipments, other customer concerns
Update activities in the CRM
Assist warehouse and shipping generating packing slips
Provide exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Occasional invoicing
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Applies job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks
Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments
Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required
Skills & Abilities:
Proven experience in order management, customer service, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in database programs and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to function successfully in fast paced, high pressure environment
Industry experience (Defense, Industrial, Telecommunications) preferred by not required
Education/Experience:
High School diploma, with five years of relevant experience or Associates Degree required
Minimum two years' experience in customer support/service function
