Our client is an established healthcare provider that is looking for an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager with demonstrated results of success in bringing revenue cycle inhouse!
Desired Skills, Qualities and Experiences:
Experience with offshore RCM teams and experience bringing revenue cycle in house. Ability to determine how many people are needed, and skillsets needed.
Experience recruiting, hiring, and training a new billing team.
Has a certification in coding. Can be CPC, AAPC or CMC.
3-5 years of healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience.
Experience improving collections and selecting a new EMR system, and getting the team up to speed with the system.
Hands on management style who is mature, and can take the lead. Is comfortable working independently but also with a Director.
Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
