The purpose of the Servicing Administration Manager role is to manage a team of Account Administration and Customer Correspondence Specialists. The Servicing Administration Manager is responsible for coaching, training new Specialists, and providing oversight of the various functions the team performs, to ensure to ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures. The Servicing Administration Manager is responsible for communicating queue statuses, ensuring service level agreements are met, and reporting identified issues to Account Servicing Management and other stakeholders, as appropriate.
Essential Functions
Oversee the functions and queues for which their team is responsible for
Work with management team to develop ways to better service accounts
Effectively audit staff's work to ensure it is being completed in a timely matter
Training of new team members
Handle/Supervise all front desk duties
Assist in running daily reports
General administrative duties pertaining to the maintenance of all accounts within the Company
Evaluate staff performance, administer individual development plans, complete staff performance reviews, and initiate disciplinary action when necessary
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field, or commensurate work experience required
5 years of Account Servicing experience in increasingly elevated roles required
2 years of people management experience required
Financial industry experience preferred
Attention to detail and accuracy required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, visualize, talk, hear, and handle or touch objects or controls. The employee may occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
This position is an office-based position where you must be able to sit for long periods of time. The employee will be working on a computer 90% of the time.
