Looking for a dedicated, self-motivated candidate who will be responsible for our vital HTST Operator position at LaClare Family Creamery!
Position Title: HTST Operator
Overall Responsibilities & Details: Operating HTST, CIP system, unloading milk trucks, starting vats. Must be dependable and reliable as this is a crucial position for LaClare Family Creamery's operation. Schedule - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, Hours - 1:00am-1:00pm. Pay range starts at $26.00 per hour plus a $5.00 per hour shift differential.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Responsible for CIP operation of HTST, silo, trucks or anything else as required
Manages the unloading of milk trucks and loading of whey trucks
Preforms antibiotic testing
Setup make room and production paperwork
ATP swabs and recleaning of equipment as necessary
Self - Motivated and able to work on their own
Subject matter expert on operating High Temp Short Time (HTST) Pasteurizer and other equipment as assigned
Remains aware of work environment sounds to detect abnormalities in equipment operation
Starting Cheese Vats
Follows all policies and procedures LaClare Creamery has implemented in regard to food and personal safety to assist in maintaining a safe work environment and safe, quality products at all times.

Flexible to various creamery environments including unloading, making, packaging, and shipping.
Annually complete all training within LaClare Farms Training Matrix
Complete Appendix N training and retrain annually
Currently holds or able to obtain Bulk Milk Weigher Sampler License
Currently holds or able to obtain Pasteurization Certification for the State of Wisconsin
