The Boiler and Refrigeration Manager will oversee the operation and maintenance of the plant's boilers, refrigeration systems, and associated equipment. This position will ensure that all regulations and safety protocols are adhered to and will provide preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to maintain the efficiency of the equipment. The Boiler and Refrigeration Manager will also be responsible for keeping the facility in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and repair boilers and refrigeration systems in accordance with industry standards.
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety of the equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the boilers and refrigeration systems.
Ensure the facility meets the applicable regulations and safety protocols.
Train staff on the operation and maintenance of the boilers and refrigeration systems.
Ensure the facility and equipment comply with food safety regulations.
Supervise and assign tasks to technicians as necessary.
Qualifications
Experience with Ammonia-Refrigeration Systems and Boiler Equipment.
Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Food Safety, Plant Safety, Regulatory Compliance, and Strength.
Certifications in Boiler, Refrigeration, PSM, Supervisor, CPR, and Regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits
Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
