Full Code Medical is a revenue-funded startup improving patient outcomes by making it easy to practice medical decision-making. Our best-in-class simulation app turns the diagnostic process into a realistic learning game. "Full Code" is used by medical students, physicians, nurses and paramedics all over the world with thousands of daily new users.
Our primary market is individual users subscribing to the app via Apple, Google and our website (B2C)-but we also sell to educators at medical schools and hospitals (B2B).
About the role:
We are hiring a product-minded growth marketing leader living near Boston who wants to make a difference in the world by improving patient outcomes. You will lead all aspects of marketing our product with a particular focus on growing our individual customer base. You will take ownership over a $15k/mo (and growing) advertising budget and drive our already-successful social media campaigns. You will lead us in identifying new growth opportunities in selling to individuals and to institutions.
Duties & responsibilities:
Drive B2C revenue growth via advertising, social & viral campaigns
Get as close as possible to our customers via analytics, data and user feedback
Drive institutional interest and free trial sign-ups
Take ownership over the company's messaging & website (already fairly well established)
Identify and develop advertising channels (only Meta so far)
Lead our part-time website contractor and social media staff
Help lead occasional trade show events (~2/yr)
Our expectations:
We expect you will have a data-driven mindset and an iterative test-centric approach. You should be well-versed in the latest tools, techniques and trends in digital growth marketing. You must also be creative, not only with language & graphics, but in growth tactics and strategy.
Must-have:
Minimum 4 years relevant prior work experience (but potentially open to top 1% recent grads)
Experience in digital advertising and efficiently managing ad spend
Mastery of English writing and ability to craft concise and compelling copy
Thoroughness and attention to detail
Hard working and able to consistently deliver 40-hour work weeks (we won't ask for more)
Experience advertising on at least one of: Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X
Artistic creativity and ability to create graphic assets in Canva or Figma
Able to work 50% in downtown Boston (2-3 days/wk)
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications or related
Authorization to work in the United States (we will not be sponsoring)
Nice-to-have:
Experience marketing a mobile app
Experience with Amplitude for product/marketing analytics
Experience with HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation
Experience with ad attribution & mobile measurement partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc)
Experience with A/B testing
Experience with funnel analysis and optimization
Compensation and benefits:
Base salary between $100-150k/yr depending on experience
Significant equity at hire (ESO's), plus performance-based stock bonuses

Hybrid work schedule (50% in-office, 50% remote)
Ability to work remotely during personal travel (subject to approval)
