Job Description:
Our client is looking for a
Customer Support Assistant for a fully onsite, direct hire opportunity in
Somerset, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Order management includes (communication with customers and processing orders).
- Coordinate with warehouse shipments for release, coordinate with truckers, and create labels, barcodes, and additional shipping documents.
- Track orders from the point of shipment until received by the customer.
- Tracking containers and communicating with freight forwarders for timely deliveries.
- Support the Sales Manager to service the customers.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Basic MS Office skills, Excel, and Outlook.
- Understanding of warehousing or distribution process.
- Prefer fluency in Spanish.
