As a Project Superintendent, you'll oversee field construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead teams, manage subcontractors, and uphold safety and quality control on-site, all while fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities
Review and understand project plans, specifications, and codes.
Manage permits, schedules, and project phasing to meet milestone dates.
Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and self-perform labor.
Conduct project meetings and ensure clear communication across all teams.
Lead and develop your team, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability.
Participate in business development through networking and proposal efforts.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience supervising commercial construction projects.
Strong understanding of project documents, costs, and subcontractor management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and related tools.
Preferred certifications include Montana SWPPP/Washington CESCL, OSHA 30, LEED GA, Lean training, and CPR/AED.
