Job Description:

The Rosen Group has a new opening for a Contract Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist in Bridgewater, NJ. This is a P/T position, Tuesday thru Thursday, on-site.

Our client is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the face of the company and manage the office operations. In this role, you will handle front desk activities, greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and ensure the smooth operation of the office environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
