Key Responsibilities:
Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges.
Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues specific to California regulations.
Represent employers in court or arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.
Requirements:
J.D. from an ABA accredited law school.
3+ years of experience, background in employment law strongly preferred.
Current California Bar admission in good standing.
Strong understanding of current agency procedures (state and federal).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
A dedication to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation and a full benefits package. This includes eligibility for both subjective and objective bonuses, as well as valuable assistance for student debt repayment. Depending on your experience and location within Southern California, the yearly salary range falls between $100,000 and- $275,000.
