We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team located in Alpharetta, GA. This role is responsible for providing high-level support that involves calendar management, scheduling travel, and email organization, among ensuring efficient firm operations.
Skills & Experience Needed:
2-5 years as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant required
Bachelor's Degree, preferred
Experience using Customer Relationship Management software, preferred
Accounting experience, preferred

Ability to use technology and outside resources to finish projects quickly
Key Responsibilities:
Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments that move the business forward
Provide administrative support to the COO/CFO, including (but not limited to) managing calendars, scheduling client visits, and organizing priorities
Arrange and coordinate travel plans, such as booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to move the business forward
Assist with accounting related tasks, such as billing, reconciliation, and reporting
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, prospects, and team
Salary:
$80K-$100K BOE
Benefits:
Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 Days per calendar year
Pay Increases: Increased pay and inflation adjustments annually is possible
Holidays: Regular full-time employees are entitled to 10 paid holidays each year with extended time around Thanksgiving and Christmas
